These Terms govern your use of NewsLetMe, a service based in Italy. By using NewsLetMe, you agree to these Terms.
NewsLetMe helps newsletter creators review SEO-related aspects of their Beehiiv posts and generate suggested improvements. Suggestions are informational only. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing or applying any change.
Archive scans cover up to 500 fetched posts and the content available through Beehiiv's API. Public-web SEO checks use the public version; email, RSS and premium versions are displayed separately where available. Editor word counts can differ. Images containing text, external embeds and content loaded by scripts may not be inspectable. NewsLetMe does not execute newsletter scripts.
A score of 100 means no scored metadata warnings were found. It does not mean the post is perfect, complete or guaranteed to rank. Beehiiv engagement totals are snapshots from Beehiiv, not Google rankings, search queries or verified organic-search traffic. Missing metrics are marked unavailable.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the Beehiiv account you connect. You must have the right to provide the content NewsLetMe analyses. You may disconnect Beehiiv at any time from your Account page.
You retain your rights in your content. You authorize NewsLetMe and its service providers to process it as necessary to deliver the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Review AI output for accuracy and suitability. Changes to Beehiiv titles and meta descriptions require your confirmation.
For a limited time, new Pro access is offered as a US$15 one-time purchase, including applicable taxes. It grants lifetime Pro access with no renewal or recurring charge. Review the exact total shown at checkout before purchasing. Existing subscriptions are not automatically changed.
A lifetime purchase has no scheduled expiry or monthly renewal. A future change to subscription pricing for new buyers will not automatically convert your lifetime membership or authorize recurring charges. Access depends on the continued operation of NewsLetMe, and your statutory rights remain unaffected if the service changes or ends.
Lifetime access is not unlimited AI usage. AI requests have a monthly account allowance and short-term rate limits; the app reports when your allowance has been reached. Provider outages or failed requests can affect availability, and attempted generations can count toward the allowance. Contact support if repeated failures consume your allowance.
Checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments. The seller and payment terms for the transaction are identified by Stripe/Link at checkout and on your receipt; NewsLetMe provides the software service. Review the total and currency before paying. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or foreign-transaction charges.
Existing subscription customers can manage payment methods, cancellations and invoices in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the confirmed cancellation date; access ordinarily continues until the paid period ends. Disconnecting Beehiiv or signing out does not cancel a subscription. A one-time lifetime purchase has no subscription to cancel.
These Terms do not exclude consumer cancellation, refund or other mandatory rights. Where applicable, consumers buying an online service have 14 days from the contract date to withdraw, subject to the legal rules for the transaction. Simply signing in does not, by itself, waive those rights.
For withdrawal, refund or access problems, contact newsletme.help@gmail.com with your account email, purchase date and receipt reference. A clear statement that you wish to withdraw is sufficient; no special wording is required. You can also use the payment-support details on your Stripe/Link receipt. Any additional refund terms shown at checkout apply subject to your mandatory rights.
Advertising is currently disabled for both Free and Pro accounts. Pro access is ad-free. Any future advertising for Free accounts will be identified and accompanied by updated privacy information and any required consent.
Do not misuse NewsLetMe, attempt to access another person’s account or data, interfere with the service, or use it in violation of applicable law or Beehiiv’s terms.
NewsLetMe is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee search rankings, newsletter performance, uninterrupted availability, or that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or suitable for every use.
We may make reasonable changes to maintain or improve the service and respond to security or provider changes. We will give notice of material changes affecting purchased access where required. Updated terms will not automatically authorize new charges or remove mandatory rights. We may suspend access for misuse or security reasons; contact support if you believe this was a mistake.
You may stop using NewsLetMe or request account deletion by contacting support. Cancel any existing recurring subscription separately. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections in your country.
